We're going to be going over the history and music of the Acadian colony that had been originally been founded in Nova Scotia. Here in Canada, traditional Acadian music is largely characterized by a great love for bluegrass and country western and some artists popular in the style are Joseph Cormier, Edith Butler, Lisa Leblanc, Eddy Arsenault, and the music group, Vishten.
