The OCN Storms' 2025-2026 campaign came to an end after the back-to-back champs played their final Central Canada Cup game last Friday against the Regina Capitals.
After playing a total of four games in three days, the Storm finished with a 0-2-2 record, earning a total of two points. In the third-place game, the Regina Capitals defeated the Saskatoon Royals 4-1, while the championship finale saw the Wetaskiwin Iceman dominate the Current River Storm 6-2.
Regardless of the results, the Storm had an incredible season and will celebrate it tomorrow with their Storm Banquet. More information about ticket sales will be shared soon. The end-of-season gathering will take place at the OCN Veterans Hall.
