The annual Ladies and Men's Curling Bonspiels took place this past weekend at the Uptown Curling Club.

 

There was a good turn out with 14 Ladies rinks and ten on the Men's side.

 

Ladies results from yesterday afternoon.

 

A-Side- Sue Chrisp over Lorie Salahub 10 to 4

 

B-Side- Terry Kennedy squeeked by the Christine Evans rink out of Snow Lake 8 to 6.

 

C-Side- Debbie McCombie outlasted Wendy Weseen 7 to 6.

 

Men's Results

 

A-Side Final- Don Holmes beat Trevor Watt 6 to 5 in a game that went down to the very last rock.

 

B-Side- Tom Kozar doubled Mike Krychuk 8 to 4

 

C-Side it was Les Vancoughnett  in an extra end picking up a 7 to 6 win over Todd Boyd.

 

This will wrap up another great year of Curling in Flin Flon at the Uptown Curling Club and they look forward to seeing everyone back next year.
