Congratulations to the Flin Flon Bombers Reid Arberry on being chosen the Northland Ford Player Of The Week.
The Bombers played just the one game a 6 to 3 win over the Yorkton Terriers on Saturday night. Arberry scored a highlight reel goal and added an assist to give him 32 points in 32 games this season including 16 goals.
This is a break out year for Arberry who finds himself in the top 20 in league scoring and amongst the league leaders in goals.
Reid is third in team scoring for the Bombers and was part of Team SJHL who struck Gold at the Viking Cup in Camrose Alberta over the Christmas break.
Arberry had a fabulous tournament and was able to pick up 6 points in 4 games played including an Over Time Winner in their final regulation game.
The Flin Flon Bombers are back in action this weekend as they will host the Estevan Bruins in games Friday and Saturday at the Whitney Forum. Puck drop both nights is 7:30pm.
The Bombers are first overall at 26-9-0-1 and are a perfect 16-0 at home.
