The Ty Valin era with the Northern Manitoba Blizzard has officially come to an end. The organization announced yesterday that Valin will no longer serve as head coach and general manager.
In 31 games behind the Blizzard bench, Valin compiled a record of 5 wins, 22 losses, 2 overtime losses, and 2 shootout losses. 102.9 CJAR would like to wish Coach Valin all the best in his future endeavors.
The Blizz return to action this Friday and Saturday for a two-game home series against the Neepawa Titans.
