The Flin Flon Bombers are flying high and sit first overall in the SJHL standings and are now ranked number 13 in the country.
Fresh off back to back wins over the Melfort Mustangs, the Flin Flon Bombers are getting contributions from everybody.
One of those players is rookie goaltender Fin Werner from St Albert Alberta.
Werner has been outstanding since being reassigned from the WHL back in October.
Fin has been selected as the SaskMilk Rookie Of The Week for his shutout performance against the Melfort Mustangs on Saturday night. He stopped all 36 shots that came his way for his first career SJHL shutout.
On the season, Werner is 6-1 with a GAA of 1.86 and a Save % of .928.
The Bombers are back in action with a home and home against Laronge this week. The Wolves will travel to the Whitney Forum on Wednesday, with the Bombers returning the favour on Friday.
