Kodiak Girls Place Second In Saskatoon

The high school basketball season has started in Saskatchewan and the Creighton Kodiak Girls played their first tournament of the season.

The Kodiak's were in Saskatoon for the Bowlt Tournament and played very well coming in second. They beat the host team Tommy Douglas Tigers and then defeated the Marion Graham Falcons 41 to 30.

That put them in the final against Bedford Road and the Kodiaks lost a close one and ended up finishing second.

Congratulations to Keely Nivon on being chosen the player of the game, Emma Gardiner Long,  the Energy Player Of The Game, and Marlee Lounsbury was a Tournament All Star.
