The Flin Flon Bombers spotted the MJHL'S Swan Valley Stampeders the first goal last night , but found their offense soon after and rolled to a convincing 11 to 2 win at the Whitney Forum.
Two local products led the way with Joey Lies and Wyatt Stinton both scoring a pair of goals. Other Bombers that found the back of the net were Leo Seitz, Natan Munier Roberge, Benett Leibel, Landon Alexander, Michael Donovan, Hudson Brehaut and Reid Arberry.
The Swan River goals were scored by Ryder Boddez and Alex Campbell.
Flin Flon managed to fire 58 shots at the Swan Valley netminders Rowan White and Sam Bastien, while the Bomber netminders Brayden Burrows and Devin Peck were far less busy and only saw 18 shots combined.
Peck made his Bomber debut as he only arrived yesterday from the US and recently played for Pueblo Bulls of the NCDC. Flin Flon has yet to decide who their starting goaltender will be this season, with neither goalie from last year returning.
After last night's victory the Bombers are a perfect 6-0 in the pre season and will wrap up their exhibition schedule tonight against the Northern Manitoba Blizzard.
