The Pas Friendship Centre and Midwest Karate's Free Self-Defence Workshop for Women and Two-Spirited Individuals has been rescheduled for Friday, May 30.
The workshop will still be held at 153 3rd Street West. Spots are limited, so be sure to reserve yours by emailing programs@thepasfc.ca.
This workshop is open to individuals aged 15 and up, and food and drinks will be provided for all attendees.
