Former Bomber Lands Coaching Gig

Congratulations to former Flin Flon Bomber Rick Freeze on being selected the new Head Coach of the Parkland Rangers of the U-18 Triple A League.

 

Freeze who is originally from Cranberry suited up for the Bombers between 2000 and 2002 and was a part of the Bomber team that hosted the National Championship in 2001.

 

Freeze would close out his playing career with the Humboldt Broncos where he would win a National Championship under Bob Beatty in 2003.

 

After his playing days Rick got into coaching and is currently an Assistant Coach with the Dauphin Kings of the MJHL. He also coached the Dauphin Clippers High School team, U-15 Rangers in the 2022-23 season and was a co-coach with the U-18 team in 2020-21.
