OCN Storm Ready to Face Off in Central Canada Cup

After receiving a proper send-off this past Sunday at the GLMC, the OCN Storm are headed to Alberta to compete in the Central Canada Cup. The five-day tournament will feature five Junior B programs from across the country, all vying for a chance at national recognition as one of the top teams in Canada.

The action begins tomorrow, with the Storm set to take on the Wetaskiwin Icemen at 1:00 p.m., followed by an evening matchup against the St. Paul Canadiens at 8:00 p.m. On Thursday, they’ll go head-to-head with the Current River Storm, and on Friday, they’ll face the Saskatoon Royals.

Following three days of round-robin competition, the top four teams will battle it out in the playoffs to determine the tournament champion.
All games will be live-streamed on the OCN Storm’s Facebook page.
