It was a great way to wrap up the hockey season for the U-13 Kinsmen Bombers who were at Provincials in Lundar this past weekend.
The Bombers will bring back Flin Flon's first Provincial medal in hockey in 5 years.
The Bombers started well on Friday blasting the ST Adolphe Hawks 10 to 2 with Dex Tetlock leading the way with a hat-trick. The Bombers then shut out Morden 3 to 0 to finish the round robin at 2-0.
That would put Flin Flon in the semi finals against Swan River where they would be on the wrong end of a 4 to 2 score.
Flin Flon would still get to play for a medal and they won the Bronze by beating ST Eustache 5 to 3. The Bomber goal scorers were Dex Tetlock and Parker Meikle picking up a pair of goals and Aiden Kemp rounded out the scoring.
Congratulations to all the players and coach's Jon Cooper, Ryan Bortis and Rob McKeen.
