The hockey season is just about to come to an end in Northern Manitoba and it has been a good year at the rinks across the North.

 

Tanner Brough who is the President wanted to thank all the volunteers, coach's, team staff, officials and board members as their regional programs would not be able to operate without the contributions of all these people.

 

A few things that will be coming up include the Spring AGM which will take place May the 10th at UCN in Thompson. Elections will also take place for the up coming season.

 

All proposed NRMHA tournament dates must be submitted before April the 1st for approval at the annual meeting. The NRMHA will approve all tournaments to make sure they do not conflict with other centres at the meeting.

 

Coach applications for the U-15 AAA Northstars and U15AAA Wild will be e-mailed out with links available on the website.

 

The annual Norman Regional Hockey Awards will be presented at the Spring Annual meeting to volunteers in the following categories Coach's, Administration and Officials. Scholarships for $500.00 will also be presented to graduating grade 12 students  who will be attending a post secondary institution.
