It was a dominant weekend for both MBCI Senior Basketball teams out of the Pas who picked up both Zone banners.

The Senior Girls hosted and went 4-0 in the round robin and ended up beating the Hapnot Queens convincingly 47 to 15 in the final.

Hapnot had a good weekend and went 3-1 in the round robin with wins over Cranberry, Norway House and OCN. The Queens will still be able to take part in Provincials as they are the host team and will welcome in the top teams in the province the weekend of March the 20th.

Cranberry hosted the Boy's Zones and it was a tough weekend for the Hapnot Kings who dropped all three of their games to Cranberry, The Pas and Norway House.

MBCI out of The Pas was able to hold off Cranberry 70 to 60 in the final and will represent the North at Provincials.
