It has been a very good few months for the Flin Flon Bombers who enter 2025 with 27 out of a possible 28 points throughout November and December.
Two of the reasons why are second year d-man Luke Lepper and forward Koen Seft.
Both players were chosen to represent the Bombers and SJHL at the Western All Star Showcase and both were also part of Canada West for the recent World JR A Challenge.
Koen Seft scored two goals in the final game helping Canada West win the Bronze over Canada East.
Now both players are being recognized for the fine play over the course of last week with Player Of The Week honors.
Luke Lepper was chosen the Super U Defenseman Of The Week as he picked up 7 points in three games last week including 3 assists against Nipawin on Tuesday and 4 assists in the weekend swep of Laronge.
Lepper sits tied for 8th in overall league scoring among defenseman with 20 points in 26 games.
Koen Senft was selected as the Canterra Seeds Sask Player Of The Week with a 5 point week including 4 points in the win over Laronge on Saturday.
Senft is back in the top 20 in league scoring and currently sits 17th overall and is better than a point per game with 27 points in 26 games.
The Bombers are on their Christmas break and will be back in action January the 4th when they travel to Laronge.
