The Northern Manitoba Blizzard went 1-1 over the weekend as they welcomed the Steinbach Pistons and Waywayseecappo Wolverines to town. Friday's game was one to forget as the Blizz lost 4-0 to the Steinbach Pistons, in Saturday's game the boys were able to bounce back big and break a two-game losing streak against the division rival Waywayseecappo Wolverines. The final score on Saturday was 3-2, goals were scored by local product Isaac Tomchak, Lucas De la Salle and Marlen Edwards. The Blizz cap off their three-game home stand tonight against the Virden Oil Capitals, puck drop starts at 7:00 P.M.
