The Flin Flon Judo Club will kick off their season tonight at the Creighton Sportex Lounge.
They have classes for everybody 6 and up including a Beginners Class, Adult Rec Class and a class for people who have Judo experience and just want to push themselves or be competitive.
Judo is great exercise, improves flexibility, and is great for self defense. Come on out and give judo a try. All of their coaches are NCCP certified. Classes will take place every Tuesday and Thursday nights .
