The U-15 Norman Northstars held their tryouts this past weekend in Thompson and it  was very well attended with kids vying for spots from all over the North.

Congratulations to Creighton's Jaxon Gorrell and Cranberry's Reed Genier on making the team.

There will also be players representing Thompson, Snow Lake, Norway House, Cross Lake, Wabowden, Rankin Inlet and the Pas.

They will play out of the Winnipeg AAA League and will kick off their season October the 4th against the Winnipeg Bruins.
