It’s a busy weekend for the RD Parker athletics department.
The senior varsity boys basketball team is in Winnipeg this weekend for the Linden Christian “Hoops for Hope” tournament. They’ll open up the bracket against Steinbach Christian. If they win, they’ll face either Saint Norbert or Swan Valley in the semis.
The junior varsity girls basketball team is also in Winnipeg, competing in the Elmwood JV tournament.
In addition to basketball, both RDPC girls curling teams are competing at the Zone XI Championships in Flin Flon.
