Bryan Little got the ball rolling for Winnipeg in the first period with his 14th of the season from Ehlers and Laine.
Scheifele had his 24th and 25th of the season while Ehlers potted his 19th of the season to round out the scoring for the Jets. Rookie Patrick Laine ended the game with two assists.
Klingberg, Jamie Benn and Patrick Eaves had the Dallas goals.
The Jets continue to sit just on the cusp of the playoffs, one point back of the Blues for the final wild card spot in the west.
Winnipeg is next in action tomorrow in Colorado against the last-placed Avalanche.
