Steve Mason stopped 30 shots as the Philadelphia Flyers beat the Winnipeg Jets 5-2. Sean Coutourier and Michael Raffl scored 34 seconds apart in the first period to take an early 2-0 lead. Wayne Simmonds got the insurance goal in third period to ice the game for the Flyers
The Jets continue their road trip when they head to Boston and Carolina for a back to back scenario. This will be the second games versus both teams, the lost to Boston and beat Carolina.
