The Norman Northstars put up a fight in their two games against the Thrashers this weekend.
On Saturday the Northstars lost 4-1 with Taylor Ritchie scoring the lonesome goal for the Northstars.
On Sunday's game the Thrashers got ahead with 5-0 in the second period. The Northstars played catch up but couldn't tie up the game in time with final score at 6-4.
