With colder weather arriving, Thompson RCMP are reminding drivers to get their vehicles ready before the first major snowfall.
Special Constable Rob Cleveland says checking fluids and batteries, packing emergency supplies, and putting on winter tires should be priorities.
Cleveland also recommends keeping water, snacks, a sleeping bag, a shovel and a snow brush in your vehicle.
To hear more from Rob on preparing and driving your car in Thompson’s winter conditions tune in to Thompson Today at 12:40 and 5:10.
