CMHA Thompson is partnering with Roots of Hope for an afternoon of connection and community tomorrow in recognition of World Suicide Prevention Day.

The event runs from noon until 2 p.m. at the Thompson Regional Community Centre, with activities, music, information booths and a free barbecue while supplies last.

CMHA Rehabilitation and Recovery Specialist Vicky says there will be plenty happening throughout the afternoon.

Everyone in the community is encouraged to stop by, grab some food, take part in the activities and spend some time connecting with others.
