Heading back to school can be exciting, but for students dealing with anxiety, ADHD or other learning challenges, getting back into the classroom can come with some added stress.
Registered clinical psychologist Dr. Kristen Reynolds says parents should watch for changes in behaviour that could signal their child is struggling.
Reynolds says parents should keep conversations open and remember it can take a few weeks for students to fully settle back into a routine.
