CMHA Thompson has a busy September planned, with several programs and activities available through its Connections Clubhouse.

 

The clubhouse offers drop-in hours and activities chosen with input from its own members, while CMHA is also offering SMART Recovery for people dealing with addictive behaviours.

 

Director of Program Operations Rhonda Heskin explains what the program is all about.
