On Aug. 23, at approximately 5 a.m., Lundar RCMP responded to a single-vehicle rollover in the RM of Grahamdale.
The rollover occurred on Highway 6, less than a kilometre from the junction at Highway 237 north of Moosehorn. A soutbound truck went off the highway into the ditch and rolled multiple times before coming to a stop.
The driver, a 21-year-old Thompson male, died at the scene of his injuries.
Six passengers inside the truck sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Multiple EMS units attended the scene, as did the STARS air ambulance. A portion of Highway 6 was closed for more than three hours while RCMP worked at the scene.
The cause of the rollover is being investigated.
