Kids in Thompson will have a chance to get creative with technology later this month through a free workshop at the Thompson Public Library.

The University College of the North Tech Club is hosting the program on Friday, August 21st and again on Friday, August 28th, from 10:15 to 11:45 in the morning.

Kids will learn how to turn everyday objects into interactive inventions while getting some hands-on experience with technology.

The workshop is open to children ages eight and up, and anyone interested can sign up at the Thompson Public Library front desk.
