Being lonely is a particular challenge that many seniors face.

And seniors can face serious impacts if they become more and more isolated from their family and peers.

A program called Prescribe Connection is being promoted by the Manitoba Association of Senior Communities during “Let No One Be Alone Week.”

Participants are encouraged to reach out to others in the community who could benefit from connection and contact with others.
