There is a growing demand for mental health services from Manitobans of all ages.
Dr. Kristin Reynolds, a Director of Clinical Training in the Department of Psychology at the University of Manitoba points out some positives in the latest provincial budget regarding those services.
Reynolds said studies show that one in four residents in the province will experience some sort of mental health issue in their life time.
She said the biggest concern is whether those requiring help can access it in a timely manner.
