Tomorrow, the Boreal Discovery Centre is holding their second annual Fall Fest to celebrate the beginning of Autumn.
The BDC has been growing a variety of vegetables in their gardens all summer and harvesting has been taking place this week.
At the event, they will have free bags of vegetables available while they last.
There will also be live music, local vendors, a camp fire, hot chocolate and more.
The event is free to attend and runs from 10 am to 4 pm.
Afterwards, join the Thompson Crisis Centre for the Take Back the Night Walk. It starts at the New Thompson Co-op Gas Bar location at 5 pm and wraps up a 7 pm.
If you have concerns about violence in our community or in general, come out to show your support.
