One Hundred Women Who Care Thompson awarded their September donation last Wednesday.

The successful organization is the First Thompson Scouts who were nominated by Penny Byer.

The funds will be used for upgrades and repairs at the Scouts Camp at Liz Lake to the cook shack and some of the other outbuildings.

100 Women Who Care hold quarterly meetings where members can nominate organizations and charities to receive the funds raised at the meeting.

All funds raised by 100 Women Who care remain in the community to support local projects.
