It’s Tim Horton’s Camp Day, the annual event where Tim Hortons restaurant owners donate 100 percent of the proceeds from hot and iced coffee sales to the Tim Hortons Foundation Camps.
These camps are aimed at helping under-served youth reach their full potential.
The event started in 1987 in Atlantic Canada and then was expanded to all Tim Hortons restaurants in 1991.
It has since raised over 250 million dollars worldwide to help send children to camp.
You can participate and support Camp Day in a number of ways – purchase a Camp Day Bracelet or Donation Badge, Round up your order to the nearest dollar or make donations online any time at timscamps.com.
