A 29-year-old Thompson man has been charged with manslaughter and failure to comply with probation.

Thompson RCMP received a report of a death at a residence in Thompson.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered a 31-year-old woman from Thompson dead, the victim of a homicide.

Major Crimes Services investigators assisted and arrested Vincent Bonner.

He remains in custody.
