The Thompson RCMP is investigating following a traffic stop where they seized a large amount of cash.
On Oct. 7 at approximately 2:50 a.m, officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 6 near Pisew Falls.
During the stop, police found the money, which is believed to have been obtained through crime, along with a can of bear spray.
Two Thompsonites, a 32-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman are facing a number of charges, namely Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.
