2 suspects wanted in separate incidents involving taxi drivers

The Thompson RCMP is looking for two suspect in two separate incidents concerning taxi drivers.

 

The first incident took place Sunday morning just after 2 a.m, when police were notified that a taxi driver was almost stabbed by an unknown male youth at the Burntwood Hotel. The driver was not injured.

 

The youth was located by hotel security, but fled before police arrived. The suspect was described as wearing camouflage pants, a gray sweater, and black vest jacket, and was around three feet tall and 100 pounds.

 

The second incident occurred later that evening after 6 p.m.

 

The Thompson RCMP received a complaint that a man jumped on top of a taxi while the taxi was parked at a residence on Westwood Drive.

 

This man then smashed the windshield of the taxi. The driver was not injured.
