A pedestrian and driver where both charged following a traffic accident on Saturday.
On December 7th at approximately 9:45 PM, the Thompson RCMP were on patrol at the intersection of Mystery Lake Road and Station Road when they observed a vehicle collide with a pedestrian in the intersection.
No injuries were sustained as result of this collision.
The driver of the vehicle was charged under the Highway Traffic Act for failing to yield to a pedestrian and the pedestrian was charged under the Highway Traffic Act for leaving the curb when it was not safe.
