Every front line RCMP officer in Manitoba has been equipped a naloxone kit to help with assisting anyone who has come in contact with an opioid.
The Manitoba Government has launched a province-wide campaign to help aware the public about the dangerous prescription painkiller.
Thompson RCMP advise that while they have not had any contact with Fentanyl locally, that it is a disturbing trend that could eventually find its way here.
