Charges have been laid in the fatal collision involving two pedestrians on Tuesday night in Thompson.
Chelsea Melody Flett, who is 22 and from Thompson has been charged with Impaired Causing Death, dangerous driving causing death, obstructing police, taking motor vehicle without consent, criminal negligence causing death and breach of probation.
Flett remains in custody as the investigation continues.
