The gears are slowly turning to build a new terminal at Thompson Airport.
President Curtis Ross says the new building would have a “northern lodge feel” and would include upgrades to the water and sewage treatment plants.
The new building would be built on the North-West side of the airport. Ross says they are currently talking to all levels of government to fund the $112 million dollar project.
If funded, ground would break mid-2016.
