This Friday is World Diabetes Day.

To mark the month, the Northern Health Region is hosting a diabetes walk and cooking demonstration.

Both events will be on November 14, with the Diabetes Walk starting at 11am in the TRCC and Cooking demonstration to follow at noon.

The NRH will also be hosting a healthy holiday eating education session on November 26 at 6:30pm in the TRCC.
