At this week’s city council meeting Penny Byer announced Thompson’s bloom rating for 2014. It was 4, just like last year, but we were only 2.5% away from reaching 5 out of 5 blooms. That’s 12 and a half points higher than last year’s rating.

The judges noted that there was no litter on the grounds, and the community gardens at Wapanohk School were a positive addition to our efforts.
