The Manitoba Triple A U18 Hockey league announced Justin Valentino as Coach of the Year for 2023-2024.

Valentino is his first year as head coach and has the Northstars in a playoff spot heading into the final week of the season. The league noted that Coach Valentino has been instrumental in redirecting the program and recruiting players from the north.  The Northstars boast the 2nd best power play in the league (21.5%).
