Council To Meet Monday, Vote on 14 Resolutions

The agenda is all set for Monday’s regular meeting of Thompson City Council.

 

Mayor Colleen Smook, along with the seven members of council, are set to receive a report on the December cheque register before reviewing a letter from the Province about the allocation of the Federal Gas Tax.

 

The agenda includes 14 resolutions, such approving fees for membership in the Federation of Canadian Municipalities and the Thompson Chamber of Commerce.

 

Also on the agenda are reports from the public safety and recreation committees, as well as letter from Nick Di Virgillio, requesting support for the Lions Manor 55 project.  

 

The meeting is scheduled to start at 7:00pm in council chambers at City Hall.
