Greyhound Canada is making changes following complaints of overbooking in September.  

A company spokesperson says that the ticket agent in Thompson wasn’t previously able to see tickets generated and sold in communities like Waboden, occasionally leaving passengers behind due to overbooking.  

The spokesperson said that they have addressed the issue to make sure customers travelling with tickets that hold the correct date and time have a seat on the bus.
