A resolution was made in order to submit an application for funding through the Public Transportation Infrastructure Fund during Monday's Special Meeting of Council.

The resolution was passed and was submitted in order to get funds for the Handi-Van which is used for the Mystery Lake School Division.

The grant would be split between the three forms of government with the Federal government paying for 50% of the cost and the Provincial and municipal government splitting the costs in half.

If the application is denied, the city will proceed with paying for the Handi-Van with its own funds.
