The city is asking for your opinion on the Water & Sewer Utility Rate application before they submit the application at the end of this week.

The city is asking for concerns before the end of Friday on the rate application the council has chosen for the next three years. In the scenario that the council has chosen, taxpayers would spend less in the year 2019 on utilities while also getting higher cost each year while paying for utilities.

The plan for the Water Treatment Plant and repairs for the Treatment Plant would involve no provincial taxes and 1/3 of WTP reserve contributions which would be $278,000. Before the end of Friday the city is asking for any questions or concerns before they submit the application.
