Jets Fall To Wild

The Winnipeg Jets fell to the Minnesota Wild at home last night, 4-2.

 

The Wild were powered by Jason Pominville, who scored two goals and had two assists. Nino Neiderreiter had the other Minnesota tallies.

 

Bryan Little and Joel Armia scored for the Jets in the losing effort.

 

Ondrej Pavelec was pulled after allowing three unanswered goals.

 

With the loss, the Jets now sit five points back of Calgary for the last Western Conference wild card playoff spot.

 

Winnipeg next plays Friday when they host the Chicago Blackhawks.
