Jets Shutout Blackhawks

Connor Hellebuyck stopped 27 shots and Chicago Blackhawks goaltender Corey Crawford was pulled in the third period as the Winnipeg Jets gave the Blackhawks their first regulation loss in almost a month.

 

Patrick Laine got his 12th of the year when the Jets won 4-0. Josh Morrissey got his first of the year in the first period and it stood as the game winner.

 

Crawford was pulled after only stopping 16 of 20 shots halfway through the third period, and was pulled after the Nic Petan goal.

 

The Blackhawks lost for the first time in regulation since October 21st when they lost to Columbus.

 

The Jets stay in second in the Central Division with the win and have the second best record in the Western Conference.
