Thompson Fire and Emergency Services personnel were busy last night fighting a fire in the Ash Street area.
According to the Thompson Professional Firefighters Association, crews were on the scene in the early hours of the morning working to bring the situation under control.
The TPFA has reported that the blaze was brought under control and extinguished around 4:00am, though crews continue to monitor for any potential hotspots.
